Pensions Made Plain
A proper walk through the Irish pension system — PRSAs, occupational schemes, auto-enrolment, AVCs, and how to close the gender pension gap for yourself.
Small-group sessions that feel like a grown-up conversation, not a lecture. The kind of money talk most women never get invited into.
Each workshop is intentionally small — usually 6 to 12 women — so there's room for real conversation. We cover the technical ground in plain English, but just as much time is given to the questions that come up in the room.
Workshops run online (from anywhere in Ireland), and in person at venues across Dublin and beyond. Most sessions are 90 minutes to two hours, and every participant leaves with a written takeaway — no one has to scribble notes.
All workshops are Ireland-specific — grounded in PRSAs, PRSI, auto-enrolment, and the real shape of Irish women's financial lives.

Getting into investing when the Irish tax regime makes it feel impossible. ETFs, deemed disposal, stocks, index funds — demystified.
For women navigating divorce, bereavement, redundancy, or career transition. Practical steps for rebuilding — and the emotional reality of doing so.
The conversations we avoid — with partners, children, ageing parents. How to open them gently, and why silence costs women more than men.
What does financial freedom actually mean for you? Working out the number that represents your independence — and a plan to build toward it.
What every Irish woman should know before, during, and after maternity leave — pension impact, PRSI, return-to-work maths, and the quiet costs that compound.
Women at every stage — in their 20s asking their first real money questions, in their 40s catching up after career breaks, in their 60s planning the next chapter. The groups are always mixed, and that's part of why they work.
You'll often hear participants say that what surprised them most was not what they learned from the content — but what they learned from the other women in the room.
"I came because I wanted to understand pensions. I left understanding myself. The two turn out to be more connected than I realised."
Upcoming workshops are announced each month. Get in touch to hear about the next one — or request a private workshop for your own group.
